Deaths in Mounds ViewThis is all that was left of the Lois Drive section of Mounds View after an F4 tornado ripped through the area. Debris was scattered for miles in all directions.Five people were killed in their homes, most of which had nothing left but the basements. Note: tornadoes are ranked on the Fugita Scale, which ranges from 0 to 5 and is based on the extent of damage and estimated wind speeds inside the vortex.
