NOTES:
If the 10 shift is required to produce a tropical depiction at 0330Z, they may need to stay late to complete their Interport maps and update TPs. Since this would mean possible impact at NRT/NGO/KIX, extra help may be needed.
If the 11 shift is required to produce a tropical depiction at 0930Z, extra help should be called in (either 9 shift to come in early or other) to assist with North Pacific maps.
If the 9 shift is required to do a tropical depiction at 1530Z, extra help may be needed to help with other duties.
If the 9 shift is required to stay late to do a tropical depiction and hasn't finished Russian TAFs, the 10 shift may be required to complete some of them or delegate to another shift.
