REQUIRED. Extra staff required to cover at least one JTWC/JMA advisory prior to scheduled TelCon time. Set up double coverage until end of event and implement when necessary. Extra staff can be obtained by either calling in meteorologist who is not scheduled to work, or by having shift stay late or come in early. If a shift comes in early, that shift should not be required to stay late. Therefore, meteorologists who are scheduled to be off would need to be called in at some point during an event. Tropical depictions are required. Coordinate with Planning, SOC Director

Also, set up coverage with meteorologists who are not scheduled to work and implement when necessary. Tropical depictions are required until Tropical System not forecasted to pass within 200nm of Japan in next 48 hours Coordinate with Planning, SOC Director and Dispatch. GO TO QUESTION #3.
