  1. Set up coverage by calling the meteorologists who are scheduled to work the next three shifts to advise them that they may need to stay late or come in early.
  2. Call the meteorologists who are not scheduled to work to set up coverage.

RECOMMENDED. (Mainly for convective season) Set up coverage for day/evening shifts by either having shifts stay late/come in early, or calling in meteorologists who are not scheduled to work.
